Outsourcing of Manpower

We are offering manpower services like accountants, admin executive. Hr executives, drivers , office boys, Helpers/un-skilled workers etc for corporate, industries , hospitals, hotels.etc.

A Centralized Control Room (CCR) is available round the clock for an emergency. We maintain one security Supervisor & 5 Security Guards as standby at CCR to meet emergency requirements. They also take necessary feed backs from the client and pass on to the branch head for necessary action.

 

TRG SYSTAM

We have our own Training academy, we ensure rigorous training is imparted to the Security Personnel based on the syllabus prescribed by the AP private security agency’s (Regulation) Act, 2008. We impart skills in protection, combat, firefighting, material control & soft skills such as courtesy and positive attitude are grilled into them. In addition to the Class Room Training, every individual is also imparted "On the Site Training" in handling issues as per the client's requirements / ground conditions, on the following:

• Key Management Issues

• Knowledge of key locations / security items at clients premises

Selection

The utmost attention is given to the recruitment of our personnel in accordance with stringent parameters laid down as a group policy. This includes education, age, physical fitness and background. All employees are subjected to vigorous vetting. Further, the Internal Security Department in each region is responsible for verification and background checks and service records of each employee.

 

Training

All Guarding Personnel deployed by Saburi  Security Services Group undergo the basic Security Training Course which imparts the necessary skills to perform duties.

In addition to lessons on basic guarding skills they are taught the rudiments of First Aid, fire fighting and Self-defence. The training process is ongoing and progressive throughout the employees’ career to refresh and further develop their knowledge.

Training is imparted on job sites (customer premises) in our various branch offices, Regional Training Centres, as well as within the premises of a highly functional and well-equipped Central Training School presently located in CG .

Our site specific training courses are designed after discussions with the client and assessing the training needs of the staff. The aim of these courses is to enhance the security skills of the security personnel and develop management skills in the supervisory and management staff.

 

The basic training module covers:

• Duties and responsibilities of guarding personnel, code of conduct, dealing with people, alertness and performance of guarding personnel.

• Courtesy, obedience, mannerism, FIR, Panchnama and communication system.

• Fire prevention and control, Health and safety at work, Evacuation procedure, First aid, handing taking over procedure and handling of keys.

Knowledge of post wise instruction and unit instruction, ATM duty, Disaster Management
